After you register

Registration creates your account in a pending state. You can't submit sequences yet. There are two gates to clear: email verification and admin screening.

The two account states you'll pass through

  1. pending_email — Aegis has sent a verification link to the address you registered with. Until you click it, you can't proceed. The link is one-time and expires; if it's stale, request a new one from the sign-in page.
  2. pending_screening — your email is verified and a screening admin is reviewing the request. During this window you can sign in, but you'll land on a waiting screen with no submit form.
What you'll see when signed in
A simple “Your account is under review” screen with your submitted details. No error, no progress bar — this is the expected shape of the state.

Expected wait time

Email verification: as fast as your mail client delivers the message, usually under a minute. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within 5–10 minutes.

Admin screening: typically one business day for straightforward institutional requests. Complex or ambiguous requests can take longer if the admin follows up by email.

If something looks wrong

  • No verification email after 15 minutes: check spam, confirm the address you typed, then use Resend verification on the sign-in page.
  • Verification link says “expired” or “already used”: sign in to trigger a fresh one.
  • Still pending after several business days: contact your referrer at Radical Numerics, or reply to the registration confirmation email.

When you're approved

You'll receive an email. The next time you sign in, the waiting screen is replaced with the normal app. Continue to First login.
