The genome browser shows per-position evidence across the submitted sequence. Each track is an independent signal; read them together.

Viral anomaly baseline
Viral genomes routinely score 60–75% on the AI Anomaly track even on reference FASTAs (e.g. SARS-CoV-2, Ebola). This is a training-data artifact. Use the multi-scale 8 k / 2 k / 150 bp tracks to localize unusual regions rather than treating the raw score as a threat signal.

Tracks

  • ORFs — open reading frames (both strands).
  • Protein (DIAMOND) — top protein hits, colored by function.
  • Taxonomy (BLAST) — nucleotide match to reference taxa.
  • Low complexity — masked repeat / simple-sequence regions.
  • AI anomaly (150 bp / 2 kb / 8 kb) — multi-scale probes; localized peaks across scales are informative.
